Description

Ketoscalp Plus Cream is a combination medicine consisting of ketoconazole and beclomethasone. It is used to treat fungal infections. This medicine helps to relieve symptoms like redness, swelling, and itching on the skin. Ketoscalp Plus Cream works by killing the fungi and thereby helps in treating skin infections.

Ketoscalp Plus Cream has some side effects like burning, irritation, itching, and redness at the site of application. Stop using this medicine if these symptoms persist for a long time. Avoid using this cream if you are allergic to it.  Do not touch or scratch the affected area as it may cause the infection to spread.

Ketoscalp Plus Cream is a prescription medicine. Apply a small amount of Ketoscalp Plus Cream to the affected area once or twice a day or as advised by your doctor. It is for external use only. Avoid contact with your eyes and mouth. In case of accidental contact, wash the area thoroughly with water. 

Ketoscalp Plus Cream is not recommended for use in children below 12 years of age. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before using Ketoscalp Plus Cream. It may take several weeks for this medicine to improve your condition. Hence, do not stop using it without consulting your doctor.

DESCRIPTION: 	Ketoscalp Plus cream contains Ketoconazole, antifungal drug that act by killing the infection causing fungus on the skin & Beclomethasone, a corticosteroid that relieves itching, redness, irritation & swelling. It is prescribed for Tinea (a fungus) infection of head, beard, chest and back, fingers and other skin area of the body; for Candida (fungus) infection of skin called candidiasis etc where there is associated inflammation and itching.

SIDE EFFECTS: 	The main side effects are irritation, pruritus, rash and stinging sensation.
