Aloo Toast (Recipe)

1. Boil the potatoes
- Take 4 potatoes in pressure cooker.
- Fill the pressure cooker to just drown the potatoes 
- Put pressure cooker on gas stove for 10-12 minutes

2. Peel the potatoes
3. Chop the onion
4. Take the chopped onion and potato in a saucepan
5. Add salt and red chilli powder as per taste Note: I added two saltspoons of salt and two saltspoons of chilli powder. 6. Mesh the chopped onion and potatoes
7. Spread the meshed onion and potatoes on a slice to make a sandwich formation. 8. Uske baad tawe pe seko 9. Aloo toast ready

Fried Rice (Recipe)

1. Chop the vegetables (onion and tomato) in a chopper

2. Take a small bowl of peas.
3. Fry in 2 soup spoons of Soyabean refined oil 4. Add more salt and red chilli powder as per taste.

Sandwich (With Onion, Tomato, Cucumber and Cheese)

Ingredients:
1. Two tomato
2. Two onion
3. Cucumber
4. Cheese slices
5. Butter
6. Oregano
7. Chilli flakes

Steps

1. Chop the vegetables.

2. Take a slice of bread and spread butter on it. 3. Spread the mixture of chopped vegetables on the same slice of bread covered with butter.
4. Take another slice of bread and put the cheese slice on it.
5. Sprinkle black salt, oregano and chilli flakes on top of vegetables spread on the bread from step (3). 6. Put together the slices of bread (one with cheese and second with vegetables) to make a sandwich. 7. Heat the sandwich in a sandwich maker and your sandwich is ready.

Khichdi (Recipe)

1. Take daal and rice in a bowl.

Arhar daal : 0.25 bowl
Masur daal : 0.25 bowl
Half bowl daal. Half bowl chawal.

2. Wash the mixture three times with water.
3. Heat 3 table spoons of refined oil in a pressure cooker. 4. Fry 1 table spoon of jeera, and one salt spoon of haldi and one salt spoon of dhania powder. 5. Add salt as per taste. 6. Add 900 ml of water to the mixture. 7. Put the cooker on burner for five whistles.

Vermicelli

1. Chop onion and green chilli
    
2. Heat 2 tsp. Refined oil with .5 salt spoon of Dhania powder, Red chilli powder and Rai dana 0.5 tsp 3. Fry the mixture.
4. Half glass 125 - 150 ml of vermicelli
5. 2 glasses of water 6. Stir well 7. Let the mixture cook on low flame for 10 minutes
8. Add 1 tsp salt (as per taste)

White Boiled Rice

1. Take one small cup of rice and two glasses of water in pressure cooker.
2. Add half soup spoon of ghee in the cooker along with rice and water. 3. Put the cooker on burner for three to four whistles.

Jeera Aloo

Jeera: Cumin seed 
Aloo: Potato 

1. Wash and chop potato (2 pieces)
2. Heat the frying pan a bit. 3. Heat 2 soup spoons of oil (mustard or refined) in frying pan
4. Add chopped potatoes into the heated pan 5. Add half salt spoon of: Haldi Salt Lal mirch Dhania powder And a pinch of jeera
6. Mix well for 2 minutes 7. Leave on low flame for potatoes to cook for 8-10 minutes Sample of Dish Shown Below: Vermicelli and jeera aloo

Poha Recipe

1. Chop the vegetables

2. Wash a bowl of poha
3. In 2-3 tsp. of refined oil, fry some Rai dana.
4. Fry (for about 6-8 minutes) the chopped vegetables with half tsp. of dhania powder, haldi powder, and mirchi powder. Add salt as per taste. 5. Once the vegetables are fried, turn down the gas to low flame and pour the washed poha into the fried vegetables and mix well to bring out a consistent color in the dish.
