1140: As I type password on keyboard, Mr Sehgal (Paridhi's) father who lives in A7 block on the first floor, asks watchmam Dinesh for 'gama', and then says "no 'ramlal' instead".
"Gama" and "Ramlal" were actually references to the radiations used in surveillance.
1200: I called on this number to complaint '1901'. For legal, the woman from the helpline gave me number of Anil Kher '9810072729', 1901 is a woman helpline number, not anti-stalking.

Before anyone stands up to advocate for 'Law', he should be an advocate of 'Ethics'.
Law defines how wrong people are supposed to be dealt with. Ethics defines whether a person is right or wrong.
*
When I am writing personal diaries, I am unethical when the content is personal or objectionable. Even if Law does not have definitions and terms written for such an act.
*
When you cannot take help of the Law, you have to take help of the Ethics, and vice-versa.

"Atheists are often charged with blasphemy, but it is a crime they cannot commit. When the Atheist examines, denounces, or stirizes the gods, he is not dealing with persons but with ideas. He is incapable of insulting God, for he does not admit the existence of any such being." G.W. Foote

1800: Call Indal, as I got up, near the side-table in grandma's room
Went to Jatin's (the guy from Digital Circuits and Systems tuition) house to return a book with Appu.
Then Table Tennis at 1900: Hardik's call. Sarthak's mom came to call him.
~ ~ ~
• I didn’t have the idea that it was going to be crowd here in the parking now - Amogh and Vaibhav were here already.
People of society seen too often:
• Mahima Gupta, (Drishesh Nair a.k.a Appu) Appu's father and Veena Ralli said a fleeting 'hello' without expecting response,
• The junkie from B2 second floor, Abhishek (Ballu from B2 ground floor) (seen yesterday also as he goes out in his car)
• Raja Pandhi getting into his car (responded to hello)
• Aditya Patekar seen passing from the B1 parking on a lot of days
~ ~ ~
• Hardik's response to something I must have said: 'then you want to say that we should not talk anymore'
• Naina Dargan was ignorant and insulting to Mahima.
• Amogh was getting on me again today. The thump on the car window made him leave me.
• Amogh Nathpal to Ojas Nirula and Amrit: "these guys are '*****' and '******'". He then had climbed on me.
• I went over to Mahima - "why are you trying to get into us, leave". That was messy, the girl is crazy. I came over to these guys.
• On the rounds alone. Hardik, Appu asked me to get along with them.
• The chips packet passed over to Vaibhav. I told him no not from this one now. He told me get off.
• Anjaney was passing from here. I just got along with him to go on rounds. He surprised me when he said that he was going to stay until 2030 that was cool. Hardik and Appu came around on the third round.
• “What is the scene” – my question to Hardik as I wanted to know what the hell the crowd was for. A guy in metro on 4-Jan repeats this phrase.
• Hardik's father had passed from the parking space during early eve, with Hardik and Harshit. He looked here only while I nodded my neck to say 'hello'. That was stupid and weird because he had looked away and then looked here again as I nodded just once more without getting a response.
• Mithoo's (Mithoo a.k.a. Satvik) father was on this phone billing shop in the market when I was there to get the message-card. He was doing some balancing of his phone-bill. I had missed him as I just said out my call and then I saw him. At first, I turned my neck to the other side to see if there was his vehicle behind then I turned to being normal and I just looked straight and also looked into his 'doing', which is like a normal glance what normal unknown person would do.

• 2100: sometime after I was back at home, Nishant Adhikari from college sent me message about a grand-family who didn’t know of family-planning and now the property will be divided into 14 parts.
- In my case: The three buaji, Yashvir uncle, their children, and me-and-Anu, amma, mom – that makes up for his metaphorical ‘14’ parts of the property I guess.
I had worn green T-shirt with sand-brown collars and black sweater over it.
On Facebook, I got notice about friend requests. Somebody had touched my account. IT HAS HACKED. Kind of data breach. Facebook had put some password re-enter check for me on login.
• 0700: morning tea
• 0800: study started

• Curly hair girls (like Anshu (English teacher) until 2012) on the platform space for girls as I stood just on the first door after the ladies’ coach

THE DISTURBANCES SENT:
1) a man with his wife in the ladies-coach, a kid with his lady-company in the ladies-coach

3) women crossing
4) then it had also become crowded a lot in between
5) Two [Look Alike](s) of girls from F2, Vibha

7) a woman in red and black ('Object of sensitization')to cross from here in the last – simply stood up with a push (worth watchin) to get off onto the platform on the next stop.
% Thoughts in the mind - during exam - low speed in writing
• After the exam, I had in mind to not travel alone so I just spoke to this girl Neha (from IT) (from the CMC Java training time, 2012).

• Faggot CSE2 Prateek sent to follow me, he stood too close, his number on my phone. He was expecting me to introduce him to these people.
DISTORTIONS:

• A lady from behind reminding of Tanuja Nautiyal (backstabber). She prevented from even a side-look, only hair from behind in her straight-hair look. Though she has put on weight again and got her style as in mid-2009 back.

Anshu (the English Teacher) on the train
• I was on the left sided sitting arrangement in the Metro train.
• This girl had real big eyes and a slightly crooked nose-bone. She was in grey, and was short. She looked at me, but I had sleepy eyes so I just didn’t look at her.
• I got up from my seat – closed near the pole – blew all the finger knuckles in one go then turned to sit with ease on my seat. It was both two seats empty here on my 2-seater and on the girl’s 2-seater in front of me
• I sat with my left leg crossed-under me (like a squat) and looked outside the window. Tt felt good, the sunlight fell on my face, it felt better, as I was going to blow some of my sleep.
• I was looking outside, then I looked into my book.
• Anshu (English Teacher) passed from here – so Anshu was on the train too
- Office-heels that were two-inches high to change her gait.
- Office-back-pack like IT professional on her left shoulder with left hand folded to hold it above the shoulder (she didn’t let it lose as when she was going to throw it in the air while walking I was going to know it was her)
- Her neck had moved right and left as she walked – well, I didn’t think of it as a serious blot in the act but it was – as it was just a reminder of the her gait and the skeleton
- Black sweater – grey sleeveless sweater (to change from the fancy life-like colors that she used to wear, purple, lemon, white, pink)
- Black formal denim
- Black formal back-pack (to change from her ladies, girly attire)
- Hair-clutched and then about 15-cm long free-flowing hair from them in the pony-tail-style but-not-pony-it-was-clutched
- Her eyes were beamed – I think – in the 2 seconds that I got to see her face and then only her back for another 3 seconds as she went out of my view deep into the ladies-coach
- Her highly defined jaw-bone made me feel it was just and just her – she also has a mark on her right cheek – but that was not going to be seen from my side – the jaw bone was so defined, cannot miss or get wrong with that
- She had pressed her teeth, jaw muscles too hard that her jaw was reflecting on the cheek under ear – an obvious sign of ‘antagonism’
I had looked in the ladies’ coach but only in the deep not in anyone’s face whatsoever – I had to look in the direction of the train and check for left and right – so I threw the right-hand for right-or-left-act
PS: Making a guess of Anshu's height as on 3-Jan-2013 (19 June 2013):
I have been doubtful of her height, but I think Anshu should be 5 feet 3 inch with reduced weight and some 5 feet 5 inches.
The vertical distance of center of eyes from the top of the head is some two inches. She should be definitely two inches shorter than me. I am 5 feet 7-and-half inches, becomes about 5-8 in footwear.
• Girlfriend in Sand Brown (or Skin Color) quarter-length coat. Her boyfriend was talking in the divider space. I wasn't standing in the Metro Coach Divider Space so these idiots just had a miss this time and even as these people stood looking totally normal and not knowing anything of who they were doing the act for.
PS: Sand Brown (or Skin Color) color has been used over a period of time as an 'object of sensitization'.

• They would be playing ringtones on their phones when they would guess I am flashbacking or something – I was feeling sleepy – I let the sleep come and put the book before my eyes so that I look into it when I open my eyes.
• Song "Hookah Bar" by Himesh Reshammiya played on the ringtone and it caught my attention real fast and then he picked up the phone – I didn’t ever see a face or match eye with anyone – for the sake of my mental health
• First a seat had got empty and then both were empty.
• The guy from Mechanical branch always keeps standing in the NEIC (now ADGITM, Shastri Park) parking – standing here – as Mechanical should have less subjects.
• The Deepak (the guy with rat like eyes, 1-year senior, and from Digital Circuits and Systems II 'DCS2' tuition) was also giving Organizational Bhavior 'OB' re-appear exam.

• There was this guy on the left behind me – he was seeing into my sheet

• There was someone who had a silent fart (dirty), I had to hold my breath then again it was smelly.
• I got up near Akshardham station to let the old man sit
• I got near the door on the right – there was this person who was like acting to give off a normal gazing look on-and-off-casual on me – he tried to look normal and he looked normal.
• There was a man on the right-glass-pane and a man on the left-glass-pane – they stood as if to copy my style of standing on the door – with their hands kept close to the door-divider-rubber for support – the guy on the right stood with his arms folded as if he didn’t need any support.
• There was a man just behind my left shoulder – I looked back to see what was that and he shifted a little to my back
• A man on my right shoulder. I look at him from the glass-pane and he looks at me, straight into me.
• While sitting I had turned my neck to see outside window and a man on the other side of the row had turned his neck too to see into my eyes.
~ ~ ~ ~ ~
• Just around as I had got on the metro and had stood by the door to look outside the window

• The guy had simple diamond ear-piece in his left ear
• The two sat on the two seats just behind them – later when I had changed to sit on the other bench after Rajiv Chowk Metro Station – the two were just sitting in front of me – that was crazy – so the two men (XYZ) who had prevented my view were for them.
• Even the old man was a set-up – he stood even though a short while later I had asked him if he wanted to sit. I remember his light-blue home-made sweater.
~ ~ ~ ~ ~

• That old Sardar, roaming around me as I was reading from my pages. He had come around the parapet and also around that car when I was there.
• I had gone to ask some girls if the exam was to start at 1400. There was now a bike standing here near the place where I had stood. I sat on it and then a man came over and drove it away. It was a set-up.
~ ~ ~ ~ ~
• In the evening, at Mayur Vihar Phase-1. That guy had smiled at me and then turned his face then as I just stared at him to signify that ‘he is just an idiot doing that’, he had looked back at me. Then he turned his face to the left side, didn’t look at me and smiled that smile again like he was crazy and doing that was totally normal for him.
• In the evening, at Mayur Vihar Phase-1. Deepti Sharma's (Math teacher from high school) [Look Alike] : a stupid face, old too, just a very poor put-up.
• Outside college before exam - A guy came over to give me a mental-math book for CAT preparation – he asked me for my number – I gave him a wrong number.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~
• Nikhil Nathani, standing under A7 stairs – that was to only attract attention and it was a test to see if Mahima jumps off from here and goes to him, a test to test me. This guy is in 10th and sells passes for parties.

• Anisha passing from the parking. These people don’t want me to be doing her now.
• Nimisha had passed from the parking.
• Raghav was throwing some rap around me ("what you got, what you got, bullshit"). Sanya was passing from B1-parking in rather low attitude than how she otherwise throws. I think these people want me to do Sneha, I strongly feel that.

Infrared Surveillance:
- I thought of the recent happenings and the way and the timing of those incidents happening. It was almost as if everything was so synched to my movements and in-and-outs.
- Something was seriously wrong, as this had been seriously strange.
• The other day: why had Hardik asked me of the Physics behind the heat from the car’s flash lights. The answer is it has the infrared component.
• The setup should probably be operating from the basement.
• “It doesn’t get the phone in it.”
THE WELL-TIMED PLACING OF PEOPLE AROUND ME – CRAZY AS MUCH AS IT CAN BE:
• While going for Table Tennis basement, I was stepping down the stairs of the hall and a good looking girl, cute face climbed the stairs up. I had seen a girl of her face at college, it was like a teddy-bear face with cheeks and eyes.
• They were able to put people outside, the door on the building-lift, in the alley, on the rounds because the house is under the infrared-surveillance.
• They have kept Anu and aunt Seema out of this – privacy issues, probably.
People through infrared:
• Puneet’s mother on rounds
• Uni’s mother on rounds
• Dishan in the alley, Dishan’s father in the alley, Dishan’s mother in the starting days of this infrared-watch (these people around the lift)
• Hardik’s mom with her back to the direction from where I was to pass on some evenings.
• Once: Dishan in the morning in the side-walk. Uni’s mom in the sidewalk talking to other person.
~ ~ ~ ~ ~
I was in studying somewhat in the morning then it struck me that if I go to Mahima’s house today it will be just the right time as I had seen her mother last evening.
1100: got ready and left. I was there until 1200.
• I had in mind to ask out for Bhawini and Mahul and not straight up with Mahima. It was about doing some part-time job and not really about taking up the pressure of a ninth-grade kid who doesn’t feel like studying anything at all.
• I had started out with tutor-requirement for Bhawini and Mahul, hence.
• Bhawini and Mahul opened the door. I asked them for their mother, auntie. Then their grand-ma came. The kids told her my name, I didn’t know that they knew it. Before grand-ma spoke, the kids told me that Mahima and auntie weren’t at home. The grand-ma had then said that she was going to be back by Thursday. That was brutal information. She had learned from me by now that I had come looking for tuition. I spoke for Bhawini and Mahul, at it Bhawini and Mahul had said that they didn’t want it.
• Her grand-ma told me that they needed tuition-teacher for Mahima so if I could come in and speak about her instead. They too were looking for tuition teacher and so they were welcoming to me as of this meeting.
• I was on the front seat facing the window. Uncle had come later to sit on the main seat to face me.
• The grand-ma was sitting and eating the pakode. She was on my immediate left on the next sofa, aligned to the wall.
• The grand-pa - fine looking, not so brutal face as that of a rough old family-man – he sat in the middle on the sofa to the wall on my right.
• Her father came out without specs. His eyes looked like chinky, he was not chinky of course
• I told about myself of the HCL certificates, the B-Tech from IPU and some of what I think I will do in future.
• He simply shot down the higher-education of M-Tech saying that people only go for M-Tech if they haven’t done enough with their B-Tech.
• I talked of my projects, the online-education. I needed money for it to be taken to more industry-like environment so I have to work some part time.
• Also, I was going to get some help of knowing about how the kids respond so I need to take up teaching for some time.
Uncle told me about his science background and then of his wife’s science background. So Kumud auntie is M. Phil. (Zoology).
I had almost missed it – I had asked ‘M. Phil in what’ – he said ‘Zoology’ for me.
• He was telling me that both he and his wife had been science students.
• Vidhu is so absurd I felt after this meeting, cannot be trusted for shit.
• He told me Mahima’s father doesn’t have a job and her mother is M. Phil. in English.
• I believed that Vidhu was saying truth and Mahima was being untruthful to me when she said her mom had been a science student.
• Vidhu had given me a totally wrong perception of these people. I was nervous before meeting them and after talking to them I felt that all my fears were not real and I was actually easy and nice with them.
He asked me about Entrance exams that I had given: JEE, AIEEE, abt CET (IPU entrance)
• it could be because to know how much I did in XII.
• Her grand-father and babaji are friends – he said that babaji’s is very rich man. I didn’t know what knew about my babaji.
• He shouldn’t have thought that I am a management-quota-student.
• He said, "He and babaji had went together..." – I think I missed ‘where’
• I told him that I was hoping that he or auntie convinces her to allow me for her tuition, I said. I think it was a miss – because if I wanted auntie or him to manipulate Mahima, that meant I was not very confident and strict enough to have the hold on Mahima.
• Mahima's interest is in French, not in English.
- English is not an easy topic. I know that after I was into 'Modeling of the language' with my college teachers for the Automated-Text-Analysis.
• The miss here was when I told them about 'English', she was finding it funny that English has something to study in it. “She was laughing at it on me.”
% The pinch he gave to me, a show of negativity that I would talk about is:
He had joked "Table Tennis room time is a total waste of time. Two people will play for 5 minutes and wait for that turn for two hours".
My explanation to him was: we play four at a time, then next four – if more than eight are there, my friends send the other kids upstairs.
• After this, he looked down to himself. I put my hands on my thighs as if to signature getting-up and I got up. He said ‘nice talking to you’ as I said ‘okay’ on getting up. I should have said ‘same here’ in response.
WHY I MIGHT GET A ‘NO’, I THOUGHT:
• I showed no confidence. It was flow of my activity and speech, not clarity or confidence when I spoke.
• I have not been placed yet. He must have probably realized that.
- Also, when I said of doing M. Tech. after graduation. His immediate response was, ‘M.Tech. from India has no value. If still it is about going for technological field, one should go for MS, because an M.Tech. after B.Tech. shows that one didn’t do one's graduation right’. That was a brutal hit, I think I had let it off then, but it was seriously brutal.
- I had tried to tell of Mamata Swain auntie, she has B. Sciene, M. Science and M.Tech. It was not worth it, I couldn’t recall her name right, I was referring to her as Uni’s mother, pathetic.
% Mahima and her mom had left. They were going to be back by Thursday (20-Dec-2012). Mahima knew about it, I guess. She was quiet yesterday in the TT room or later, didn’t speak much. Yeah, other than cursing Ojas and showing that she had realized that Ojas is a freak. Can’t tell how long in her small brain this lesson will last.
Note: The Discipline Committee's Network can’t get my phone tapped by completely external and independent body, because if they would want to contact me through phone, they will also come under the watch.
