1. Chop the vegetables 2. Wash a bowl of poha 3. In 2-3 tsp. of refined oil, fry some Rai dana. 4. Fry (for about 6-8 minutes) the chopped vegetables with half tsp. of dhania powder, haldi powder, and mirchi powder. Add salt as per taste. 5. Once the vegetables are fried, turn down the gas to low flame and pour the washed poha into the fried vegetables and mix well to bring out a consistent color in the dish.
