Directions for use
1. Blow your nose gently.

2. Close one nostril and tilt your head forward slightly, keeping the bottle upright, carefully insert the tip of the nozzle in the other nostril and start to breath in through your nose and while breathing in, press to release a spray. Or:

3. Lie down on your back tilt the head backwards and instill 2-3 drops of Naselin per nostril.

4. Gently shake your head from side to side to ensure distribution of the solution.
