I wanted to talk to the teachers for help but now it is never going to happen, I can never be going to any of these jokers. I have decided to find a way out independently.

A student very awkward sits on the chair with a book and keeps watching everyone going here and there. He is not the Discipline Committee‘s watchdog, or yes. He probably is; the watchdogs have been placed.

Nothing so serious happened but now different people have been roped in this job, different maidservants. It is not correct for them to watch me, and hence catch my attention. I did not see any teacher but the cute Physics cute-maidenteacher passed by us once or twice. I was busy with Vibha and all, so just missed her and the watchdogs from catching eyes unnecessarily.

I was nervous due to buying the foreign writer book for studying and not finding syllabus in one place. The other students were reading from the book written by a local writer, and were making me nervous. Nevertheless, in the end, the exam came from ‘Hearn and Baker’ and I was a bit happy.

Shruti Barahpuria called Deepanshu ‘C***’ in front of everybody. Then, Apurva was framing sentences with word ‘shit’ in them. I have catalyzed it all.

I screwed 'Algorithms Analysis and Design' (ADA) test up. I did not have any idea of it. However, it just happened. I had to study whole night. I just laid for a second to taka a little rest; I was not supposed to do that. I just slipped, and slept until five am. That when I was semi-conscious at 0330. I had to finish the syllabus for the exam but by morning, I chose to miss three important topics. The topics of which I had attended the lectures, yes, I cannot do without self-study. The fact is that I cannot even benefit from attending classes. It is total bullshit. However, the fact is that the paper had less to do with those topics. Yeah, a little but not that much though because the paper had plenty of questions from the topic ‘Recurrence’, the one on which I had been spending whole lot of time ever since buying the subject book. I need to do something about this, something about myself. I do make great plans but the problem is that I do not leave room for errors, without making which I cannot live.
I was having this thought in the bus before sleeping again. I did not realize that I had reached Noida, Sector 15. Well, because I had DTC pass I travelled back free of cost.
I reached home and Manju buaji was there. She called me and handed an Axe Deodorant bottle. I said thanks and tried to open the cap. The cap was not for opening, but I pulled it out. What next, I looked for the spray nozzle that was not there. Ah, I am having a bad day today. Though I fixed the cap once but when I tried opening it up again, it broke. I am now going to use with the nozzle that is now on the bottle, and the cap, I have thrown it away. Huh, I do not know how to feel about it.

YouTube Channel Description

YouTube channel description in 1000 characters

This channel is for posting videos from places I have been to, places I go to, and from road routes I take on normal days. I would want to see improvement in the world around and this capturing of everyday world would allow me to see how world is changing on day-to-day basis. Yes, day to day.
Another reason for capturing these videos is that they allow me to have a memoir of days I spend in a place.
Capturing videos like this allows me (at times) to remember where a dentist center is, where a pharmacy is, where an Airtel or Vodafone mobile store is, where a food outlet is, etc.
I like dogs very much. They are beautiful creatures. Dogs are another reason for me to capture videos. When I find a dog and I feel like playing with it, I do that and capture those moments as videos.
Very often you would find dark areas even in cities like Delhi and Chandigarh and when I capture those areas when I am required to pass through them, I videotape the place for safety and security reasons.

This is on one evening (2021-Apr-20 5:47 PM) when I had to go out to get milk from the nearby Vita dairy booth in Chandigarh IT park. There I also found the puppies with I usually play with. You would see in the video that I bought two milk packets out which one was for the puppies. The point to note about these puppies is that they did not even finish the entire 500 mL milk I had poured for them in their bowl.

I reached late to the class when lecture of 'Fundamentals of Computer Science' had already began. I missed attendance. Next was 'Data Sctructures' and Gareema ma'am took test. A surprise test. Gareema ma'am is extremely sweet and lenient but that sometimes scares me that she might more clever than she looks (an average person).

Today, she was dressed like a bride and it showed that it is Karva-Chauth today.

Next was 'Circuits and Systems' and after that 'Analog Electronics'. All was cool through out the day. After the break, Gareema ma'am had to give practical lesson but she missed it.

Though I was not so late I missed the first class since Section B and A were sitting together. Till 10AM the Math teacher kept teaching two sections and during that time, I was in canteen with a type of friend circle (second friend circle this year).

Gareema ma'am missed class in the name of some counselling by some city B-school. Nothing at all. Those pretty girls at college see me with eyes telling their story of being single. I had a beautiful experience while trying to reach Sonal and I guess it's good to be single and even better to be unmarried. Live-in is still find. Prachi Gaur, Shruti Barahpuria, Vibha Bhardwaj, Karishma Garg, Tanvi Gautam, Neha, Kanupriya Gupta, Surbhi Joshi, long list...

Again I was dying to sleep in 'Circuits and Systems' and I'm pretty comfortable about the fact that teacher's is going to screw me in the internal assessment.

Apoorv, Nitish and I and Eina, Meena, Deeka attended OOPS class, everybody else ran out when the bell for the period rang. Nitish was speaking more than enough like he was the teacher here. I just couldn't figure out why in the world would someone try to impress Kulpeep sir.

Last evening I had to call Vishal and I called Kuldeep sir instead mistakenly by landline, huh! I'm glad I didn't leak anything personal or something.

I watched movie till evening after coming back home. And guess what happened in the morning, I didn't wake up with my alarm/phone and when around 5:30 AM, Prashant's phone/alarm rang and I silence it. And what next, Prashant who was already awake, lift himself up to show that he was real alive and that he caught me red-handed. Huh, like I care!

Thurdays are boring at college. First lecture was of Data Structures and ma'am (Gareema Sethi) didn't act too crazy today. Next was practicals of "Circuits and Systems". Experiments got over in an hour and now there was 1.5 hour free. I spend this time alone on the top floor that has most of its rooms out of use.

Huh, life is really not so good at college. After break, Kuldeep sir called for lecture and the class filled with 14-15 students. Kuldeep sir is a complete idiot. He'd write wrong program codes, everything wrong and would ask if everybody understood the thing. And maybe he has a reason for it since students will tell him that they attend his classes just for attendance. One can understand that it's too much of an insult. Class had started at 12:30 and by the time it was about to be 14:00, class had only sir and me. During the class sir was acting like a jerk at all times teaching the class wrong things and I was on continuous questioning mode like rapid fire round for sir. I was on center first bench and rest of the class was practically sitting behind me. Rest of the students were doing their own things: talking, making practical files, etc. Silly! Sir and I were taking the class through. And trust me, sir was too wrong to look like a teacher and I was too right w.r.t. sir to look like a student! Huh!

Sir and I left the class at 14:30 and I had proven sir wrong with his understanding on the topic by the end. Erstwhile, Ishan (my first friend) and his girlfriend see sir and me off (after 14:00) discussing things in the class.

And erstwhile, Tanvi Gautam, Dhanraj and Irfan Khan were behind me. Now someone taps my shoulder like earlier some day before I had tapped Tanvi's shoulder and now when I turn back to touch her on cheeck playfully, she was laughing with head down and she would tell me, "Excuse me, keep your hands in control!"
Crazy, the class heard her. And during the break she was with her boyfriend and then at the moment, he sees me off like he knew something about me.

I missed the 8AM Math class. 'Analog Electronics' teacher was kind of cool today. She didn't eye me as much as she'd do when I'd sit on the second bench.

Gareema ma'am was kind of acting sick while ignoring me. She is sort of crazy. She was continuously in eye contact with Nishant.

Even 'Fundamentals of Computer ScienceSome Jain person from Rajasthan' would ignore me but then I made certain comments on him unintentionally and then I was quiet thinking that I should not make him angry.

I had mentioned in my songs that I am orphan, this and that so now sometimes people would discuss that behind me back. Apurv asked me today: "How is your mom? How is your dad?" I replied casuall, "Fit hain, boss!" (meaning: They are fit)

Kanupriya is missing me, okay!
In the evening Kumkum buaji was here and she then made me shut down TV when the movie was about to end in 10 minutes. Silly!
She was telling me how much I should be about studying like I am four years old or I don't know what is 'studying'. I turn off the TV to avoid her.

Last night we were watching the movie 'Rajneeti'.

Aunt (Seema) had not been okay for a week and problem with her has started to pour in. She was then seen messing with Anu because Anu had wanted Manju bua and Kumkum bua to come and eat Gol Gappe. Aunt was in the news again.

I studied from 0500 to 0630 and then I was asleep in grandma's room and grandpa's room. When they returned from temple, grandpa called out "keep sleeping forever!"

I was awake only at 10AM after that. I was in the folding chair on my studying corner table, trying to complete OOPS assignment.

I had taken only chair which Prashant would occasionally use and not Prashant takes Anu's chair. That was all in the morning. In afternoon, Anu comes to me with her heavy eyes and asks me for chair.

Oh my God! Crazy! I gave her my chair and took out a chair with missing back support. Huh! Stupid Prashant had been using this chair and lately he took mine to sit on but now with time the ownership has been renewed!

Don't know from where to start but the ending is clear with me groaning in pain alone.

I lost my mobile phone to three thugs around 9PM today. I had never used the phone with it being completely mine. And today when I spent money for memory card and had put Anu's SIM in it, I finally lost it forever.

The robbery goes like this:

Those three of them called me from a distance when I had walked a few steps past them outside the gates of public park next to Maitri Apartments. After several calls, I tried being ignorant of any danger and went to them. The smallest one of them tried to fool me by saying that he knew me and I had hit him with two of my other friends in the Mayur Vihar, Pocket-I some days ago. Then the oldest one asked me the time and in the process snatched the phone away from my hand when I took it out from my pocket. Then they started to make me move in the dark place between 'Gobar Park' and there they beat me and I let them go like cowards.

They weren't alone two other men were waiting for me on the other end of the park (the exit next to Sahyog Apartments) and they tried to show sympathy and tried to know what happened with me or if I was in some problem. I didn't tell them anything and spoke in English to back off on my way to police.

And they even later lied to police when I came back to them with a police man with me.

He just told me that the time that I wasted in trying to call police, helped them in running away.

And it was all my fault.

He suggested me to go to the police station. There at the police station I just filed a complaint as I told him and said that in my case mobile recovery is probably going to be more difficult as I know neither the mobile number on finger tips nor I've got any source left to know my IMEI number.

I am just over now.

PS (27 April, 2021): The police had never taken down any written account of my complaint and I was not aware on that day of what it means to 'file an FIR'.

I attended classes at ADGITM (formerly NIEC) for the first time today and not going to go back till the time they start teaching seriously to serious students. And that will happen after 15th once the second counselling gets over. Well cannot say anything about the college.

Do not wish to speak bad about college and am having anything good to tell you.

So, you've just got to wait for a few more days.

Ah, gotta go to bed. Good night.

"Going to ADGITM" just sucked all my time and strength. After all the morning work I went to college and came back around 5 in the evening.

That was when I started to write Rekha bua a letter for which she has been asking since the day she first caught me alone in my room.

Ah, last time I wrote on the 7th I suppose so it's fine after 10 days.

She's forcibly making me write pages even when I don't have much things to expose to her.

Practically, I have nothing after "Hi, how are you?"

It was almost 11 when I shut laptop down. Now I got to sleep.

In the brochure, it was written that season will commence on 3rd so I left for NIEC (Shastri Park) early this morning.

As of April 2021:
Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology and Management, formerly known as Northern India Engineering College, is a private engineering college located in New Delhi, India. It was established in 2003 by the Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Educational Society. It is approved by AICTE and affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

There was one main reason behind me leaving before time. I didn't know of the location of the college nor of Shastri Park.

It still didn't work and I got there way before the receptionist's time to come and that is 10 AM. My watch was dying to tell me that it's 8! Ah!

I came back home with the information that college will start from 17th and till then you've got time to register yourself. Nah! Not interested in you anymore.

I talked to uncle (Yashvir, chacha ji) about it and he said he will wait till the second counselling gets over. Not bad, not bad.

I bought myself a new chain bracelet and let's celebrate friendship day together.

Journal (About Surveillance)

Log (inclusive of actual post): 20210420:
It is not a complete post yet (as of 20210420). I would not want readers to draw conclusions from it.
I have few rudimentary ideas and learnings about surveillance that do not encompass the complete picture and everything about surveillance.

    1. Habits

Habits are easier to form but harder to get rid of.

Originally, the quotation might have been that "Habits are easy to form but hard to get rid of" and then people would argue that even habit formation is not easy. So, here we use the comparative form of the adjectives (easier and harder) while comparing "forming habit" and "getting rid of habit".

    2. Sensitization

Psychologically speaking, sensitization is the process by which sensitizer is able to give rise to emotions in the sensitizee through the use of object of sensitisation.

    3. Object of sensitisation

This could be like something that is shown repeatedly to the sensitizee.

    3.1. Colors:
Do you have started to see some colors very often? Such as in:

      3.1.1. dressing of the people,
3.1.2. cars in car parking or in traffic

    3.2. Sounds
Have you recently noticed that you may be getting distracted by some souds?

3.2.1. Such as of a person living on the floor above you and knocking the floor or maybe moving some heavy object.
3.2.2. Construction sounds in your neighborhood.
      3.2.3. Honking of cars.
3.2.4. Closing of car doors or hood.
      3.2.5. Slamming of doors.
      3.2.6. Slamming of door knobs.
3.2.7. Screaming of people such as vegetable sellers (such as in Sector 7, Panchkula).

    4. Your Characterstics And The Characterstics of 'Object of Sensitization' That a Sensitizer Would Target to Sensitize You

    4.1. Something that you want:

4.1.1. This could a car (like a car brand that you often look for in traffic).
      4.1.2. Women dressed attractively.

    4.2. Something that you have.

      4.2.1. Like a weapon.
      4.2.2. Drugs
      4.2.3. Money
4.2.4. Or could be anything precious to you that you would not want others to know about.

4.3. Something that you don't want.

      4.3.1. For example: loud noises
4.3.2. Colors. For example: Elon Musk has been known to make insensitive jokes and tweets about the LGBTQ community so he might not want to see (or might get annoyed by) Rainbow flags (or LGBTQ pride flags) in a crowd he might be addressing.

    5. Anxiety

Neutraceutical:

The term nutraceutical, originally coined by Stephen De Felice [42], is, in this context, intended as: (i) the phytocomplex for food or part of food of vegetal origin; and (ii) the pool of secondary metabolites for food or part of food of animal origin [43]. This novel concept’ definition has been proposed to better evaluate the standard term of the word nutraceutical, and to highlight the difference between nutraceuticals, food supplements, and the many other plant-food-derived compounds that claim health-promoting effects. Nutraceuticals must be administered in a proper pharmaceutical way to guarantee high bioavailability and efficacy, and used in areas that go “beyond the diet and before the drugs” [44]. Nutraceuticals form a growing and powerful toolbox that is triggering a revolution in the area of disease prevention and also in the treatment for some clinical situations, in particular for individuals who may not yet be eligible for conventional pharmaceutical therapy, e.g., with conditions linked to metabolic syndrome. It is therefore necessary to unequivocally determine the definition of nutraceuticals, and to have an internationally shared regulation framework. It would also be advisable to determine nutraceuticals’ safety, modes of action and efficacy with clinical data before naming a product as “nutraceutical”, a term that must be substantiated by safety, no side effects, and proven health beneficial properties.

Weak Kidney - What to do

Weak kidneys? Pay attention but don't worry excessively

Published: May, 2013

Many older men have low-normal kidney function, but it doesn't need to become a serious health threat.

Chronic kidney disease means the kidneys—the body's blood-filtering urine factory—have less capacity to filter toxins from the blood and excrete them in the urine. Half of U.S. adults over 75 may have below-normal kidney function, but most of them will never get sick from it. In men whose kidney function is falling, certain steps can help to slow or prevent further losses.

"Kidney function appears to decline with age in some people, but it does not necessarily cause a problem unless you have other health conditions," says Dr. Melanie Hoenig, an assistant professor of medicine at Harvard-affiliated Joslin Diabetes Center.

What causes it?

Every day, a healthy kidney filters a total of about 200 quarts of blood, removing waste products, excess water, and certain chemicals. If the kidneys didn't keep things in balance, you would slowly poison yourself.

The kidneys have a remarkable ability to keep working despite changing conditions, like drops in blood pressure. The tiny filtering tubes in the kidney, called glomeruli, adapt in various ways.

In a serious health crisis, the kidneys may shut down completely as a defensive move to keep fluids in the body. That's called an acute kidney injury, and it happens frequently to people who are hospitalized.

Smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, high blood pressure, and high blood sugar (diabetes) all harm the kidneys and can lead to chronic kidney disease. If you are leading a heart-healthy lifestyle (regular exercise and a nutritious plant-based diet), that will help protect your kidneys.

How low is low?

A healthy kidney filters wastes from the blood at a rate of 90 milliliters (ml) per minute or more. This is known as the glomerular filtration rate, or GFR. With time, many men's kidneys start to slip, but function must decline quite a lot before you start to really feel the impact. "You feel fine up to the point that kidney function is almost gone, which means you can lead a normal life with reduced kidney function," Dr. Hoenig says.

On the other hand, lack of early warning from symptoms can deny you the chance to slow the slide. "Most people don't start feeling really ill until kidney function is under 10%," Dr. Hoenig says.

How is it tested?

As part of standard blood tests, your doctor may check the level of a protein called creatinine. This provides a way to assess kidney function.

Creatinine is one of the things that the kidneys filter from the blood. If the kidneys start to fail, creatinine rises. The creatinine level is used to calculate an estimate of the GFR and provide an estimate of your kidney function. It is often just an estimate because the formulas doctors use are not accurate when the kidney function is close to normal.

At different levels of kidney function, individuals tend to have similar problems. But once a person reaches a certain stage of reduced kidney function, he may be stable and never progress to the next stage. If the function is low but stable, you may not need to see a doctor about it—providing you are leading a healthy life and doing well. "If the GFR is declining and already under 50, I think it would be a good idea to see a kidney doctor, if for no other reason than to become educated," Dr. Hoenig says.

How high blood pressure damages the kidneys

How high blood pressure damages the kidneys

High blood pressure can cause tiny cracks in the lining of arteries, which provide a breeding ground for fatty deposits that hamper blood flow. As the arteries that feed blood to the kidneys narrow, the body produces renin, a hormone that makes small arteries narrow further. This worsens high blood pressure, causing even more kidney damage. Over time, restricted blood flow can damage or destroy the nephrons, the tiny filtering units inside your kidneys.

Protecting your kidneys

If kidney function begins to slide, men are not powerless against it. Here are some steps you can take:

Keep your blood pressure and blood sugar within norms. This will help slow the decline in kidney function. Especially, keep blood pressure below 130/80.

Lower your cholesterol. Taking a statin medication to lower "bad" LDL cholesterol may help to protect the kidneys. Also, individuals with reduced kidney function are at greater risk for cardiovascular disease, so reducing cardiac risk factors is important.

Consider medication. Certain prescription medications can protect the kidneys. The two that physicians often use for this purpose are ACE inhibitors (also commonly prescribed for high blood pressure) and angiotensin-receptor blockers (ARBs). These or other drugs can lower pressure in the kidney filters and limit further damage.

Limit protein intake. Eating too much protein can strain weak kidneys. Limit your protein intake every day to no more than 1 gram per kilogram (2.2 pounds) of body weight. Consulting with a dietitian can help you plan meals that are safe for weak kidneys.

Use NSAIDs with caution. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as ibuprofen and naproxen, interfere with kidney function. Taking them when you are also depleted of fluids can lead to kidney shutdown and possibly hospitalization. Drink plenty of water when you are using NSAIDs. As kidney function declines, doses of other medication may need to be reduced to prevent kidney damage, including antibiotics, diabetes drugs, and some heart medications.
